Welcome to the ACP-CD4CDM Project, a part of the European Commission Programme for Capacity Building related to Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs) in African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) Countries. The ACP-CD4CDM Project aims at enabling the targeted ACP countries to fully participate in the carbon market.
The forum will bring together a wide range of stakeholders, including designated national authorities (DNAs), United Nations agencies, international development banks, governments and the private sector.
The event aimed at improving the capacity on Programmatic CDM in the Caribbean region. The workshop took place in Port of Spain, Trinidad on 8-9 November 2011.
